Insurance Payment
Please note that Dr. Shipman is NOT a contracted provider with ANY dental network.  However, if your dental plan offers you out-of-network coverage, you will receive insurance benefits for your services with us.  We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you to help you receive the most from your benefits

Patient Payment
Our office will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  For your convenience, we also accept the Care Credit card.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we may have the opportunity to offer this appointment to other patients.
